摘  要:筛选具有抑制或延缓昆虫生长发育功能的植物,为植物性昆虫生长调节剂的研制提供理论依据。本试验选取大戟狼毒Euphorbia fischeriana Steud.,细辛Asarum sieboldii Miq.,黄芫花Wikstroemia chamaedaphne Meissn.,白头翁Pulsatilla chinensis Regel,地肤子Kochia scoparia Schrad.5种植物,提取其粗提物,采用微量点滴法对黄粉虫的老熟幼虫进行生物活性测定。结果表明,5种植物粗提物作用黄粉虫后,随着浓度增加,其蛹化率和羽化率均下降。其中,细辛、地肤子、大戟狼毒粗提物明显抑制蛹化;达到4 mg/mL时,羽化率达60%以下。5种植物粗提物对黄粉虫蛹化期和羽化期的影响存在差异,细辛、黄芫花明显缩短了蛹化期和延长了羽化期。因此,细辛、大戟狼毒、黄芫花可作为开发昆虫生长调节剂的植物材料进行进一步研究,以细辛作为优先开发试材。Plants with the function of inhibiting or retarding insect growth and development were selected to provide a theoretical basis for the manufacture of botanical insect growth regulator.Crude extracts from 5 plants such as Euphorbia fischeriana Steud.,Asarum sieboldii Miq.,Daphne genkwa Sieb.et Zucc,Kochia scoparia Schrad and Pulsatilla chinensis Regel were extracted.The bioactivity of mature larvae of Tenebrio molitor was determined by micro-drop method.The results showed that the pupation rate and eclosion rate of T.molitor decreased with the increase of the concentration of crude extracts from these 5 plants.Crude extracts of A.sieboldii,K.scoparia and E.fischeriana significantly inhibited pupation,and the eclosion was below 60%at 4 mg/mL concentration.There were differences in the effect of crude extracts from these 5 plants on the pupation stage and eclosion stage of T.molitor.A.sieboldii and W.chamaedaphne significantly shortened the pupation stage and prolonged the eclosion stage.Therefore,A.sieboldii,E.fischeriana and W.chamaedaphne could be studied to obtain insect growth regulators,and taking A.sieboldii as the prior material.
