摘  要:分别监测以玉米芯、棉籽壳为主料的平菇发酵料栽培模式下不同浓度高效氯氰菊酯对平菇发酵料栽培的影响,发菌时记录其菌丝生长速度,出菇后记录其产量,于每个生产节点取样,检测其高效氯氰菊酯残留量。结果表明,不同浓度高效氯氰菊酯对平菇菌丝生长速度、生物学效率的影响并不显著,且不论是高浓度用药还是低浓度用药,前两潮子实体中均检测不到农残,但二潮菇后的培养料中农残依然存在。The effects of different concentrations of beta-cypermethrin on cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus on composted substrate with corn cob and cottonseed shell as the main materials,were respectively monitored.The growth rate of hypha was recorded during spawn run,and the yield was recorded after the fruiting body was harvested.Samples were taken at each production node to detect the content of beta-cypermethrin.The results showed that the effect of different concentrations of beta-cypermethrin on the growth rate of hypha and the biological efficiency was not significant,and no matter the high concentration or low concentration of the beta-cypermethrin,chemical residues were not be detected in the first two flushes fruiting bodies,but pesticide residues still existed in the substrate after the second stubble fruiting bodies harvested.
