摘　　要：目的:研究血栓通注射液配合丁苯酞对老年急性脑梗死患者凝血功能与神经功能的影响。方法:对2016年3月-2018年4月在本院就诊的85例老年急性脑梗死患者的资料进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方式将其分为血栓通注射液联合丁苯酞组(联合组,n=43)和丁苯酞组(单一组,n=42),比较两组各相关指标的变化。结果:经过治疗后,联合组凝血功能、神经功能、血流动力学及Barthel指数均明显优于单一组(P<0.05)。结论:血栓通注射液联合丁苯酞可促进老年急性脑梗死患者神经功能恢复,有效改善凝血功能和血流动力学,改善其日常生活功能。Objective:To study the effect of Xueshuantong Injection combined with Butylphthalide on blood coagulation and neurological function in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction.Method:From March 2016 to April 2018,the data of 85 elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into two groups:Xueshuantong Injection combined with Butylphthalide group(combined group,n=43)and Butylphthalide group(single group,n=42),and the changes of relevant indexes of two groups were compared.Result:After the treatment,the coagulation function,neural function,hemodynamics and Barthel index in the combined group were significantly better than those in the single group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the treatment of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction,Xueshuantong Injection combined with Butylphthalide can significantly promote the recovery of nervous function,and improve the coagulation function and hemorheology,and improve the functions of their daily life.
