摘　　要：抗精神病药物的长期使用,常常会出现药源性便秘等不良反应,药源性便秘也常成为了精神疾病患者不愿遵医嘱长期口服抗精神病药物的主要原因之一,因此,导致精神疾病患者的病情反复发作,为其自身、家庭和社会都带来了严重的不良后果,中医药在对抗精神病药物引起的药源性便秘治疗上发挥着巨大的作用。现对中医药在抗精神病药物引起的药源性便秘的治疗方法和手段进行综述,期望为以后中医药治疗抗精神病药物所致的药源性便秘的临床实践和研究提供一定的参考和启发。Drug-induced constipation is one of the side effects of long-term use of antipsychotics,and often is one of the main reasons why psychiatric patients are reluctant to take long-term antipsychotic drugs according to their doctors'advice,so this causes the mental illness patients'conditions to recur;and it has brought serious adverse consequences for themselves,their families,and society.Traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in the treatment of constipation caused by antipsychotics.This article reviews the treatment methods and means of TCM for constipation caused by antipsychotic drugs,hoping to provide some references and inspiration for the clinical practice and research of TCM in the treatment of constipation caused by antipsychotic drugs in the future.
