下咽癌术后肾脏转移1例及文献回顾

摘　　要：下咽癌是耳鼻咽喉科较为常见的恶性肿瘤之一,且近年来发病率呈上升趋势。因下咽解剖位置及结构的特殊性,此处发生恶性肿瘤的早期症状不明显,患者就诊时疾病往往已处于中晚期水平。此外,下咽癌的发病部位存在丰富的淋巴引流,较易发生区域淋巴结及临近组织转移,严重影响预后及治疗。本文主要通过介绍1例下咽癌术后出现肾脏转移的病例及文献回顾以期能够为下咽癌的临床治疗工作提供更加系统直观的思路以及方法。Hypopharyngeal carcinoma is one of the common tumors of head and neck,and is considered to be with doubtful prognosis.Because of the special anatomical structure,hypopharyngeal carcinoma clinical symptoms are not obvious in the early stage.When the patients feel uncomfortable,it is late for treatment.And most of them are with lymph node metastasis,because this area is rich of lymphatic system,which makes the treatment more difficult.In this paper,we present a rare case of metastatic renal tumor originating from carcinoma of the hypopharynx,and hoping to supply systematic curative strategies for clinical doctors.
