摘　　要：针对我国当前城市地铁隧道盾构掘进过程中连续输送出渣存在的问题,焦作科瑞森重装股份有限公司开发了隧道掘进连续出渣成套输送装备,其中高倾角压带式输送机的研制,成功解决了城市隧道施工中物料垂直提升问题。文中介绍了高倾角压带式输送机的原理、结构特点和关键技术,该产品在项目工程中实际应用效果良好,未来将进一步促进我国城市轨道交通的发展。Focusing on problems existing in the continuous transportation of slag during shield tunneling of urban subway tunnels in China,Jiaozuo Creation Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.has developed a complete set of transportation equipment for continuous slag during tunneling wherein the development of high-inclination pressure belt conveyor has successfully solved the problem of vertical lifting of materials during urban tunnel construction.This paper introduces the principle,structural features and key technologies of high-inclination pressure belt conveyor.Good application results of the product have been achieved in project engineering and it will further promote the development of urban rail transit in China.
