联合使用德尔菲法与层次分析法构建某附属医院学科建设评价指标体系的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨联合使用德尔菲法与层次分析法构建医院学科建设评价指标体系的效果。方法建立初级的医院学科建设评价指标体系,对临床一线、医院管理相关专业有代表性的22名专家进行德尔菲专家咨询,筛选指标,使用层次分析法确定指标权重,建立医院学科建设评价指标体系。结果全部参与咨询的专家均对问题进行回答,问题反馈率为100.00%,两轮咨询专家的权威系数分别为0.850和0.887,两轮咨询的专家意见协调系数差异均有统计学意义(χ2=35.681,30.005,66.714,32.367,79.725,34.289,P<0.05),经过两轮专家咨询,形成学科建设评价指标体系,包括三级指标,一级指标有4个,即医疗工作权重0.26、教学工作权重0.24、科研工作权重0.25、学科队伍权重0.25;二级指标9个,即医疗特色权重0.26;教学培训权重0.12;教学成果权重0.12;科研项目权重0.11;论文著作权重0.09;成果专利权重0.05;学科梯队权重0.12;学科影响力权重0.07;学术活动权重0.06。结论依据科学理论构建的医院学科建设评价指标体系具有比较高的可靠性与科学性,值得在工作中使用。Objective To explore the effect of combining Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process in constructing evaluation index system of discipline construction of a hospital.Methods The primary evaluation index system of discipline construction of the hospital was designed.22 experts who are representative of clinical first-line and hospital management related disciplines were given Delphi expert consultation to screening indexes.The analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of indicators and then evaluation index system of discipline construction of the hospital was established.Results All the experts who participated in the consultation answered the questions,and the feedback rate was 100.00%.The authoritative coefficients of consultants in the two rounds were 0.850 and 0.887,respectively.The coordination coefficients of experts'opinions in the two rounds of consultation had statistical significance(χ2=35.681,30.005,66.714,32.367,79.725,34.289,P<0.05).After two rounds of expert consultation,the evaluation index system of discipline construction was formed,including three-level indexes.There were four first-level indexes including medical work with weight of 0.26,teaching work with weight of 0.24,scientific research work with weight of 0.25 and discipline team with weight of 0.25.There were nine second-level indexes including medical characteristics with weight of 0.26,teaching training with weight of 0.12,teaching achievements with weight of 0.12,scientific research projects with weight of 0.11,papers and publications with weight of 0.09,patent of achievements with weight of 0.05,discipline echelon discipline echelon 0.12,discipline influence with weight of 0.05 and academic activities with weight of 0.06.Conclusion The evaluation index system of discipline construction of the hospital based on scientific theory has relatively high reliability and scientificity,which is worthy of application in work.
