原液封管技术在静脉留置针封管中的循证应用

摘　　要：目的探讨外科成年患者使用静脉留置针时实施原液封管的方法,为实施原液封管和规范原液封管提供依据。方法根据循证护理的方法,实践原液封管的操作流程,将442例符合条件的病例纳入研究。结果原液封管在降低静脉留置针的堵管率和延长留置时间方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),原液封管和常规方法封管在留置针期间发生静脉炎的情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在封管操作所花费时间方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),耗时明显少于常规方法,而且能减少耗材和节约成本,采用原液封管的患者,其满意度高于常规方法封管的患者(P<0.05)。结论循证方法应用于静脉留置针的原液封管,使护士在解决临床实际问题中寻求具有科学依据的护理方法,为患者提供有效而又经济的护理照护。Objective To explore the method of performing the stock solution sealing tube when the surgical adult patient uses the intravenous indwelling needle to provide a basis for implementing the stock solution sealing tube and the standardizing stock solution sealing tube.Methods According to the evidence-based nursing method,the operation procedure of the stock solution sealing tube was practiced,and 442 eligible cases were included in the study.Results The stock solution sealing tube had no significant effect in reducing the tube blocking rate and prolonging the indwelling time of the intravenous indwelling needle(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of phlebitis during the indwelling needle between the stock solution sealing tube and the conventional method(P>0.05).However,there was a difference in the time taken for the sealing operation(P<0.05).The time consumption of stock solution sealing tube was significantly shorter than that of the conventional method and it could reduce consumables and save costs.Patients who were treated with stock solution sealing tube were more satisfied than patients who were given conventional methods(P<0.05).Conclusion The evidence-based method is applied to the stock solution sealing tube of the intravenous indwelling needle,so that the nurse seeks a scientifically-based nursing method in solving the clinical practical problems and provides the patients with effective and economical nursing care.
