艾普拉唑序贯治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察艾普拉唑序贯治疗Hp阳性的消化性溃疡患者的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月~2018年8月经我院诊治的Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者共100例,随机分为试验组及对照组,每组均含患者50例,试验组予艾普拉唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林、枸橼酸铋钾序贯治疗抗Hp;对照组予泮托拉唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林、枸橼酸铋钾常规抗Hp治疗;两组再分别用艾普啦唑/泮托拉唑+替普瑞酮口服治疗4周;比较两组患者的疼痛症状、溃疡面积、溃疡愈合率、Hp根除率及不良反应发生率。结果试验组患者症状缓解、溃疡面积缩小、溃疡愈合率、Hp根除率及不良反应发生情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾普拉唑序贯治疗能有效缓解Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者的临床症状,缩小溃疡面积,增加溃疡愈合率,根除Hp,且不良反应较少,安全有效。Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of ilaprazole in the sequential treatment of Hp positive peptic ulcer.Methods 100 patients who were diagnosed as Hp positive peptic ulcer in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2018 were selected and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with ilaprazole,clarithromycin,amoxi cillin and bismuth potassium citrate sequentially for anti-Hp.The control group was treated with pantoprazole,clarit hromycin,amoxicillin and bismuth potassium citrate for routine anti-Hp treatment.The two groups were respectively treated with ilaprazole or pantoprazole combined with teprenone for 4 weeks.The pain symptoms,ulcer area,healing rate of ulcer,Hp eradication rate and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The symptom relief,reduction of ulcer area,healing rate of ulcer,Hp eradication rate and adverse reactions were better in the experimental group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The sequential treatment of ilaprazole can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with Hp-positive peptic ulcer,reduce the ulcer area,increase the ulcer healing rate and eradicate Hp.It has fewer adverse reactions,which is safe and effective.
