浅析膻中穴的主治作用

摘　　要：膻中穴位居胸部,乃宗气之会。“气会膻中”是临床选用该穴进行治疗的理论依据。膻中穴的主治作用包括:①宣肺气、平喘咳,可用于治疗哮喘、肺痈、咳嗽等肺系病证;②益气通脉、振奋心阳,可用于治疗心主血脉的功能失调所致的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、心绞痛等病证;③宽胸利膈、理气降浊,可用于治疗恶心、呕吐、呃逆、噎膈等胃系病证;④疏通气机、调畅情志,可用于治疗肝气郁滞,失其疏泄所致的情志抑郁、气血不畅等病证;⑤行气活血、通经止痛,可用于治疗冲任气血运行不畅,阻于胞宫所致痛经实证。Dan Zhong acupoints is in the middle of the chest,which is the meeting of the Zong Qi,which is the theoretical basis for clinical treatment of this point.The main functions of the acupoints include the followings:①dispersing the Lung Qi and preventing cough,so it can be used to treat asthma,Lung sputum,cough and other lung diseases;②tonifying Qi,dredging meridian and activating Heart Yang,so it can be used to treat the main blood vessels disorders angina pectoris and other symptoms caused by coronary heart disease;③regulating chest Qi and descending turbidity Qi,so it can be used to treat nausea,vomiting,hiccups,phlegm and other gastric syndromes;④regulating Qi and adjusting mood,so it can be used in treatment of Liver Qi stagnation,emotional depression,poor blood and Qi movement as well as other symptoms;⑤activating Qi and Blood circulation as well as inducing menstruation to relieve menalgia,so it can be used to treat poor Qi and Blood movement in Chong and Ren meridians or blocked Blood in uterus with excessive syndrome.
