摘　　要：痰的产生与人的五脏六腑密切相关,可将其分成:肝痰、心痰、脾痰、肺痰、肾痰及六腑之痰。肝痰:若肝疏泄功能异常,就会影响水液代谢,使水停成痰。心痰:心与脾按照五行相生相克的关系则有“火生土”的说法,故而心病可影响到脾,使脾运化失职形成痰液,且肾阳不能得到心阳的资助,也会导致肾的气化不利而形成痰。脾痰:脾脏运化水饮的功能失调则使水湿停聚于中焦,聚而成痰。肺痰:肺脏的宣发肃降失职,则导致津液输布障碍,津液凝聚而成痰,盘踞于胸中,故而成痰。肾痰:肾主水,如果肾的功能失调必定会影响水液代谢,且肾的功能出现问题,势必会影响脾的运化和肺的宣发肃降功能而致痰。六腑之痰:六腑之痰是从五脏六腑的相表里关系以及三焦的生理功能失调得出。治痰病时要找到生痰的根源,针对不同的脏腑致病而选用不同的药物进行治疗,方可使痰病祛除。The production of Phlegm is closely related to all human internal organs,which can be divided into:Liver Phlegm,Heart Phlegm,Spleen Phlegm,Lung Phlegm,Kidney Phlegm and six Fu Phlegm.Liver Phlegm:If the Liver function is abnormal,the metabolism of water and body fluid would be affected,which causes the water stop and then the Phlem.Heart Phlegm:the relationship between Heart and Spleen,namely,mutual generation and restriction according to the five elements theory,is closely related.So,Heart disease can affect Spleen functions,and Spleen transporting dysfunction would lead to Phlegm.Besides,when Kidney yang cannot get the support of Heart Yang,Phlegm would also be caused.Spleen Phlegm:The dysfunction of the Spleen transporting water would make the water accumulate in the medium Burner and produce Phlegm.Lung Phlegm:Lung′ dysfuction of dispersive and descending would lead to the body fluid being condensed into the chest and then it becomes Phlegm.Kidney Phlegm:Kidney manages water.Therefore,the dysfunction of Kidney would definitely affect the metabolism of water,and when the function of the kidney has problems it would inevitably affect the Spleen transport and Lung′s dispersive and descending function,which would cause Phlegm.The Six Fu Phlegm:They are derived from the disharmony between the internal organs and the physiological dysfunction of the Three Burners.Therefore,in the treatment of Phlegm,we must find the root cause of oysters and treat that accordingly with different prescriptions.
