摘　　要：绍派伤寒创始人俞根初先生法崇仲景,下及温病,其所著《通俗伤寒论》载攻下剂十七方,名承气者十方,暗用承气而另易方名者七方,理法完备,方药翔实。文章对上述十七方作了分类整理,介绍了每一个方的源头与发展以及其背后反映的机体病理生理状态,以期全面呈现俞氏在阳明腑实证治疗方面的丰富经验和临证思路。Yu Genchu,the founder of Shao school of cold damage diseases,advocated the treatment methods of Zhang Zhongjing and the treatment methods for warm diseases.His book Popular Treatise on Cold Damage diseases,contains 17 sorts of purgative prescriptions,10 in the name of Chengqi,7 in other name but secretly meanig Chengqi,with perfect theory and method as well as detailed prescriptions and herbs.This paper categorizes the 17 prescription,introducing the origin and development of each prescription and the body pathophysiology of the reaction behind it,in order to fully present Yu's rich experience and ways of syndrome differentiation in treating yangming fu-organ excess syndrome.
