摘 要:目的:利用功能磁共振(fMRI)观察木僵患者脑网络的变化。方法:对15例木僵患者(均为精神分裂症紧张性木僵)及相同例数的健康对照者借助(西门子)3.0T进行fMRI扫描。然后基于SPM和REST软件进行数据处理和分析。结果:相比于对照组,木僵组额下回眶部、左端丘脑、扣带中回的功能衔接提升,左端额上回、辅助活动区功能衔接弱化(P均<0.01,AlphaSim校正)。结论:木僵患者大脑网络功能衔接受损,并且左端额上回功能衔接弱化或许是造成此类患者脑部功能受损的一个主要成因。Objective:The changes of brain network in patients with stupor were observed by fMRI.Method:Fifteen patients(all were strained stupor in schizophrenia)with stiffness and the same number of healthy controls were scanned by functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI).Then,data processing and analysis were carried out based on SPM and REST software.Results:Compared with the control group,the functional cohesion of the inferior frontal gyrus,the left thalamus and the middle cingulate gyrus was improved,while the functional cohesion of the left superior frontal gyrus and the auxiliary active area was weakened(P<0.01,AlphaSim correction).The comparative analysis results had clear statistical significance.Conclusion:The default neural network of tension stiffness patients has abnormal functional connectivity,and the decrease of functional connectivity in left superior frontal gyrus may be one of the mechanisms of abnormal brain function in tension stiffness patients.
