摘  要:通过Catia建模软件创建汽车前纵梁简化模型,运用ANSYS Workbench有限元仿真软件分析前纵梁的吸能特性指标,得出耐撞性能并评价。进一步对前纵梁横截面结构类型进行设计,得出更加合理且可行性更高的前纵梁内部结构,再对前纵梁横截面结构设计方案进行有限元模拟分析,通过数据对比,得出最优化的前纵梁内部形式,以提高其防撞性能。The simplified model of the front longitudinal beam was created by Catia modeling software.The energy absorption characteristics of the front longitudinal beam were analyzed by ANSYS Workbench finite element simulation software,and the crashworthiness performance was obtained and evaluated.The cross section structure type of the front longitudinal beam was designed,and a more reasonable and feasible internal structure of the front longitudinal beam was obtained.Then finite element simulation analysis of the cross section structure design scheme of the front longitudinal beam was carried out.Through data comparison,the optimized internal form of the front longitudinal beam was obtained to improve its anti collision performance.
