摘　　要：目的探究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、转化生长因子-β3(TGF-β3)、人胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ受体(IGF-IR)在子宫肌瘤患者病理组织中的表达水平及其临床意义。方法采用目的抽样方法选取2017年1—8月在深圳市罗湖区妇幼保健院进行手术治疗的79例子宫肌瘤患者,收集患者术后切除的病理组织及邻近的正常组织,采用免疫组织化学法检测组织中VEGF、TGF-β3、IGF-IR的表达,探讨其临床意义。结果子宫肌瘤患者病理组织中的VEGF、IGF-IR、TGF-β3蛋白表达阳性情况高于正常组织,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。在不同分型的子宫肌瘤患者中,VEGF、IGF-IR、TGF-β3蛋白比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论VEGF、TGF-β3、IGF-IR在子宫肌瘤患者中的表达水平明显高于正常组织,可能参与了子宫肌瘤发生和发展的过程。Objective To investigate vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),transforming growth factor-β3(TGF-β3)and insulin-like growth factor I receptor(IGF-IR)in the pathological tissues of patients with uterine myoma and its clinical significance.Methods Seventy-nine patients with uterine fibroids who underwent surgical treatment in the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Luohu District from January 2017 to August 2017 were enrolled in the study.The pathological tissues and adjacent normal tissues were collected.The expression of VEGF,TGF-β3 and IGF-IR in tissues were examined by immunohistochemistry.Results The expression of VEGF,IGF-IR and TGF-β3 protein in the pathological tissues of patients with uterine fibroids were higher than that in normal tissues,and the difference were statistically(all P<0.05).There were no difference in VEGF,IGF-IR and TGF-β3 protein between patients with different types of uterine fibroids(all P>0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of VEGF,TGF-β3 and IGF-IR in uterine fibroids are higher than those in normal tissues,which may be involved in the development and progression of uterine fibroids.
