摘　　要：目的总结后颅窝肿瘤的MRI特点,以提高诊断水平。方法回顾性分析并总结112例由病理证实或经临床确诊的后颅窝肿瘤的MRI表现及相关临床资料。结果112例后颅窝肿瘤包括听神经瘤29例,三叉神经瘤5例,脑膜瘤24例,脑转移瘤20例,表皮样囊肿8例,血管母细胞瘤14例,髓母细胞瘤7例,毛细胞型星形细胞瘤2例,胶质母细胞瘤3例。结论后颅窝不同种类的肿瘤均有相应的MRI特征,根据其MRI特征并结合相关临床资料可以在术前作出较明确的诊断。Objective To summarize the MRI features of posterior fossa tumours in order to improve the accuracy of diagnosis.Methods The MRI features and clinical data of 112 patients with pathologically confirmed or clinically confirmed posterior fossa tumors were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Results 112 cases of posterior fossa tumors included 29 acoustic neuromas,5 trigeminal neuromas,24 meningiomas,20 brain metastases,8 epidermoid cysts,14 hemangioblastomas,7 medulloblastomas,2 pilocytic astrocytomas and 3 glioblastomas.Conclusion Different tumors in the posterior fossa have corresponding MRI features.According to their MRI features and combined with correlative clinical data,a more definite diagnosis can be made before operation.
