摘　　要：目的探讨肾透明细胞癌分化抑制因子-1(Id-1)、膜联蛋白A1(ANXA1)、黑色素瘤凋亡抑制蛋白(Livin)表达特点及与临床病理的相关性。方法选取2015年1月至2018年1月在该院就诊的150例肾透明细胞癌患者作为研究对象,免疫组化法检测组织中Id-1、ANXA1和Livin蛋白的表达水平。结果肾透明细胞癌组Id-1、ANXA1和Livin蛋白表达阳性率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。统计分析证实Id-1表达与肾透明细胞癌患者肿瘤转移密切相关,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。ANXA1表达与肾透明细胞癌患者组织学分级密切相关,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Livin表达与肾透明细胞癌患者肿瘤直径密切相关,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Id-1阳性肾透明细胞癌患者无进展生存期(PFS)、总生存期(OS)和患者生活质量评分(QOL)低于阴性患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ANXA1阳性肾透明细胞癌患者的PFS、OS和QOL低于阴性患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Livin阳性肾透明细胞癌患者的PFS、OS和QOL低于阴性患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Id-1、ANXA1和Livin在肾透明细胞癌中表达显著增高,且可能与肾透明细胞癌发生、发展及预后相关。Objective To investigate the expression characteristics of differentiation inhibitor-1(Id-1),annexin A1(ANXA1)and melanoma apoptosis inhibitor protein(Livin)in renal clear cell carcinoma(RCCC)and their correlation with clinicopathology.Methods A total of 150 cases of renal clear cell carcinoma from January 2015 to January 2018 in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture Central Hospital were selected as the study subjects.The expression levels of Id-1,ANXA1 and Livin protein in tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive rates of Id-1,ANXA1 and Livin protein expression in renal clear cell carcinoma group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Statistical analysis confirmed that the expression of Id-1 was closely related to the metastasis of renal clear cell carcinoma(all P<0.05).The expression of ANXA1 was closely related to the histological grade of renal clear cell carcinoma patients(all P<0.05).The expression of Livin was closely related to the diameter of renal clear cell carcinoma(RCCC)(all P<0.05).PFS,OS and QOL in Id-1 positive patients with clear cell renal cancer were lower than those in negative patients(P<0.05);PFS,OS and QOL in ANXA1 positive patients with clear cell renal cancer were lower than those in negative patients(P<0.05);PFS,OS and QOL in Livin positive patients with clear cell renal cancer were lower than those in negative patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of Id-1,ANXA1 and Livin in renal clear cell carcinoma is significantly increased,which may be related to the occurrence,development and prognosis of renal clear cell carcinoma.
