摘　　要：阐述甚者独行理论的函义,探讨其在急症救治中的应用思路和方法。通过病案举隅与分析,说明甚者独行理论在急症救治中应当灵活运用,强调辨证施治的重要性。总结甚者独行理论在急症救治中的临床应用经验和需要注意的问题。This paper expounds the connotation of the theory of treating severe case with Single,and probes into its application ideas and methods in emergency treatment.Through the analysis of medical records,it points out that the theory of treating severe case with Single should be applied flexibly in emergency treatment,emphasizes the importance of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and summarizes the application experience and points for attention of the theory of even solitude in emergency treatment.
