摘 要:以开放性粉尘为研究对象,对重金属污染土壤产生粉尘的原因进行实验,明确了被重金属污染土壤的粉尘在堆料阶段和取料阶段的具体扩散状况,进而提出了一项以抑制粉尘逸散为目的的荷电喷雾降尘技术。并通过对该项降尘技术的喷雾压力测试和荷电电压测试,来检测该技术在不同喷雾压力和荷电电压环境下的使用效果。最终的测试结果表明:通过设置静电场使雾滴荷电,可以显著提升喷雾的降尘效率,且荷电喷雾对粉尘的降尘效率会随着喷雾压力的增加而增大,但喷雾压力和荷电压力在上升的过程中,降尘的效率会逐渐降低。Based on the openness of dust as the research object,causes of dust produced by heavy metal contaminated soil were tested,the specific diffusion status of dust polluted by heavy metal in the feed and discharge phase was clarified,and then a dust removal technology based on charged spray was proposed.And through the spray stress test and charged voltage,it was tested the use in different spray pressure and charged voltage.The final test results show that the droplets charged by setting the electrostatic field,can significantly improve efficiency of spray dust,and the dust removal efficiency of charged spray increases with the increase of spray pressure,however,in the process of rising spray pressure and charge pressure,the efficiency of dust removal will gradually decrease.
