摘 要:研究了一种应用于电动汽车永磁同步电机的全速度范围无传感器控制。在静止或低速区,反电动势难以检测,采用高频注入法检测转子初始位置和磁极极性。当转速处于过渡区时,鉴于注入信号、基波、反电动势在频谱区域同时存在影响,建立混合观测器。而转子转速达到高速区时,反电动势提供足够信息,采用反电动势观测器估算角度。借助FPGA,优化提升开关频率和注入频率,改善转速过渡区域,从而提高可靠性。该研究通过1 kW的IPMSM进行仿真和实验验证。A full range sensorless control for electrical vehicle used permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)was studied.In the stationary or low velocity region,the back-EMF is difficult to detect,so the high frequency injection method was used to detect the initial position and polarity of the rotor.When the speed is in the transition region,the mixed observer was established due to the influence of the injected signal,fundamental and back EMF of the algorithm.When the rotor speed reaches the high speed area,the back EMF provides enough information,and the back EMF observer was used to estimate the angle.By employing FPGA,the switching frequency and injection frequency were increased,and the transition region was improved.The study was verified by the simulation and experiments on the IPMSM of 1 kW.
