摘　　要：简述了转向力矩波动计算原理,利用CATIA软件对某车型转向力矩波动进行分析,针对力矩波动超出目标值的情况对方向盘人机工程布置进行了识别,对转向系统零部件结构进行了分析,并利用CATIA软件工程优化模块进行寻优计算,确定了最优方案。It briefly describes the calculation principle of steering torque fluctuation,analyzes the steering torque fluctuation of a certain vehicle by using CATIA software,identifies the ergonomics arrangement of steering wheel in view of the situation that the torque fluctuation exceeds the target value,analyzes the structure of steering system parts,and uses CATIA software engineering optimization module to optimize the calculation,and finally determines the optimal scheme.
