摘　　要：目的探讨外周血血小板指标联合血清癌胚抗原(CEA)检测鉴别诊断胃癌与胃溃疡的临床价值。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月我院收治的胃癌患者(胃癌组)以及胃溃疡患者(胃溃疡组)各30例,比较两组的血小板指标以及血清CEA水平。结果胃癌组的PLT、PDW、CEA均高于胃溃疡组,MPV低于胃溃疡组(P<0.05)。TNMⅢ~Ⅳ期胃癌患者的PDW与CEA水平高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05)。结论胃癌与胃溃疡患者的血小板计数、血小板分布宽度、平均血小板体积及血清CEA水平存在差异,外周血血小板指标联合血清CEA检测能够为两种疾病的鉴别诊断以及胃癌病情评估提供依据。Objective To explore the clinical value of detection of peripheral blood platelet indicators combined with serum CEA in the differential diagnosis of gastric cancer and gastric ulcer.Methods Thirty patients with gastric cancer(gastric cancer group)and 30 patients with gastric ulcer(gastric ulcer group)in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected.The platelet indicators and serum CEA levels were compared between the two groups.Results The PLT,PDWand CEA of gastric cancer group were higher than those of gastric ulcer group,and theMPV was lower than that of gastric ulcer group(P<0.05).The levels of PDWand CEA in patients with TNMstageⅢ~Ⅳgastric cancer were higher than those in patients with stageⅠ~Ⅱgastric cancer(P<0.05).Conclusions The levels of PLT,PDW,MPV and serum CEA are different between gastric cancer patients and gastric ulcer patients.The combined detection of peripheral blood platelet indicators and serum CEAcan provide basis for the differential diagnosis of two diseases and the disease evaluation of gastric cancer.
