摘　　要：目的探讨结肠癌导致急性肠梗阻患者行一期手术切除治疗的价值。方法纳入贵港市人民医院2017年6月—2018年6月接收的结肠癌导致急性肠梗阻患者90例作为研究对象,以随机数字表为基准,分为实验组与对照组,每组各45例。实验组行一期手术切除治疗,对照组实施二期手术切除治疗,观察两组患者临床指标、手术指标、并发症发生率评估。结果实验组临床指标、手术指标优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为结肠癌导致急性肠梗阻患者行一期手术切除治疗的价值显著,可明显改善机体免疫功能,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the value of one-stage surgical resection for patients with acute intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer.Methods90 patients with acute intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer in the hospital from June,2016 to June,2016 were included in the study.They were divided into experimental group and control group based on a random number table with 45 cases in each group.One-stage surgical resection and treatment was used in the experimental group,and secondary surgical resection were used in the control group to evaluate the clinical index,surgical index and complication rate.ResultsThe immune index and surgical index of the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe value of one-stage surgical resection for patients with acute intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer is significant,which can significantly improve the body’s immune function.So it is worth reference.
