脑出血术后脑室留置引流管的管道护理分析

摘　　要：目的探究针对脑出血术后脑室留置引流管患者实施管道护理的价值。方法选取南阳市第二人民医院2017年1月—2019年1月收治的脑出血患者78例为对象,所有患者均实施手术治疗并在术后留置脑室引流管;按照随机数字表法将纳入患者分为对照组与研究组;其中对照组患者实施常规的护理,研究组患者则在常规护理基础上,加强对引流管道的针对性护理,对比观察两组管道相关并发症情况、引流管留置时间以及临床护理满意评分。结果经过护理干预后,研究组引流管留置时间与住院时间均短于对照组,引流管并发症发生率(5.13%)则低于对照组(20.51%),而临床护理满意度(87.18%)则高于对照组(66.67%)(P<0.05)。结论在脑出血患者术后脑室引流管的护理中,加强对引流管的针对性护理,不但可以缩短患者治疗进程,同时还能够有效降低患者术后引流管不良事件的发生率,提升患者的满意度,值得推荐。Objective To explore the value of nursing care for patients with ventricular indwelling drainage tube after intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 78 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the hospital from January,2017 to January,2019 were selected as objects.Patients were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,while the patients in the study group were given targeted nursing care for the drainage tube on the basis of routine nursing care.The complications related to the drainage tube,the length of stay of the drainage tube and the clinical nursing satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the indwelling time and hospitalization time of the drainage tube in the study group were shorter than those in the control group.The incidence of complications of drainage tube(5.13%)was lower than that in the control group(20.51%),and the clinical nursing satisfaction(87.18%)was higher than that in the control group(66.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion In the postoperative care of ventricular drainage tube for patients with cerebral hemorrhage,strengthening the targeted care of drainage tube can not only shorten the treatment process of patients,but also effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse events of drainage tube in patients,and improve the satisfaction of patients.So it is worthy of recommendation.
