摘 要:本文采用文献法、专家访谈法、现场观察法、数理统计法,对罗娜青少年时期训练方法进行分析。研究显示:罗娜训练方法包括建立正确的技术动作模式训练;加强技术动作的协调能力训练;强化专门化知觉能力建立神经肌肉筋膜的动力链训练;以速度为核心的抗阻训练;强化灵活性训练提高专项动作质量加大专项动作幅度;通过晨脉控制训练负荷,增强训练的科学性;运用心理技能训练调节运动员的参赛心理状态。罗娜的训练方法及成果丰富了青少年链球运动训练体系。This paper analyzes the adolescent training process of Luo Na by the methods of literature,expert interviews,mathematical statistics.The research shows that:the training system of Luo Na includes the trainings on establishing correct technical action mode;strengthening the coordination of technical movements;strengthening the specialized ability to build the dynamic chain of neuromuscular fascia;by rapid strength training improving the rotational speed;increasing flexibility and agility training to oversize the range of movements;controlling the training load through the morning pulse;using psychological skills training to adjust the competition psychological state of the athletes.Luo Na's training method and results enrich the adolescent training system of hammer throw.
