基于六经模型探讨扶阳温潜法治疗癌性发热

摘　　要：本文从文献复习及临床经验中认识到西医治疗癌性发热的方法有限,并且效果并不理想,有时还会伴有严重的不良反应。传统医学对治疗癌性发热做了不少有益的尝试,并且取得了较好的效果,其中运用扶阳温潜法加减变化对治疗恶性肿瘤病人的癌性发热颇有疗效。本文基于六经模型对扶阳温潜法进行探讨,并结合2个病例分析,指出该法在治疗癌性发热方面重在调气化,而在肿瘤的复形质方面则非其所长。同时,在运用温潜法治疗癌性发热的过程中,要注意大剂量附子的合理配伍,减少不良反应。This article gathered literature and clinical experience recognizes that Western medicine has limited methods and has no desirable effect for treating cancerous fever,sometimes accompanied by serious adverse reactions.Traditional medicine has made many beneficial attempts and achieved good results to treat cancerous fever especially the fuyangwenqian method.This article points out that fuyangwenqian method focuses on adjust qi teansformation instead of restore form-quality which based on the six meridians model and combined with two cases.At the same time,we should pay attention to the reasonable compatibility when using high dose of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata to treat cancerous fever to reduce adverse reactions.
