温阳散寒法治疗乳腺癌浅析

摘　　要：乳腺癌中医称为“乳岩”,是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。包括手术、放化疗、内分泌治疗、靶向治疗、免疫治疗等在内的综合治疗已成为乳腺癌治疗的主要方法。中医药治疗恶性肿瘤已有2000多年的历史,其在乳腺癌综合治疗中具有不可替代的作用。中医治疗乳腺癌的常用治法包括补益脾胃、滋补肝肾、疏肝理气、解毒散结。但我们认为阳虚寒凝是乳腺癌的关键病机,温阳散寒法是乳腺癌的基本治法。本文浅述了温阳散寒法治疗乳腺癌的理论依据及现代基础、临床研究,为临床应用温阳散寒法治疗乳腺癌提供依据。Breast cancer is called“breast rock”in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and it is one of the most common malignant tumors in women.Comprehensive treatment,including surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,endocrine therapy,targeted therapy,immunotherapy and so on,has become the main treatment method of breast cancer.TCM has a history of more than 2000 years in the treatment of malignant tumors,and it plays an irreplaceable role in the comprehensive treatment of breast cancer.The common treatment methods of TCM in breast cancer include tonifying spleen and stomach,nourishing liver and kidney,soothing liver and regulating qi,detoxification and dispersing knots.However,we think that yang deficiency and cold coagulation is the key pathogenesis of breast cancer,and the method of warming yang and dispelling cold is the basic treatment method of breast cancer.This review briefly describes the theoretical basis,modern basic and clinical research of warming yang and dispelling cold method in the treatment of breast cancer,so as to provide evidences for the clinical application of warming yang and dispelling cold method in the treatment of breast cancer.
