摘  要:采用金相显微镜、电位计、EPMA和OY水内部腐蚀模拟试验等手段,研究了两种不同牺牲层Zn含量的汽车水箱管料钎焊前后微观组织、电极电位、元素扩散和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:适当提高水箱管料牺牲层合金原始Zn添加量、牺牲层复合比,钎焊后牺牲层表面残留的Zn含量相应也比较高,Zn扩散距离比较长,对提高水箱管料芯层与牺牲层电位差、水箱管料内部腐蚀性能十分有利。水箱管料采用15%复合比的Al-4Zn牺牲层合金,钎焊后芯层与牺牲层电位差约168mV,模拟OY水内部腐蚀试验350h腐蚀深度非常浅,有着良好的内部腐蚀性能。Adopting optical microscope,potentiometer,EPMA&simulation inner corrosion test of OY water,pre-brazed&postbrazed microstructure,electric potential,element diffusion&corrosion resistance of two kinds of automobile radiator tube with different Zn content in sacrifice layer were studied.The result showed that properly increasing Zn content&clad ratio of sacrifice alloy can improve the residual Zn content of sacrifice layer’s surface after brazing,distance of Zn diffusion is longer,which is good to improve the potential difference between core layer and sacrifice layer and inner corrosion resistance of radiator tube.Adopting Al-4Zn sacrifice alloy with 15%clad ratio,potential difference between core layer and sacrifice layer is about 168mV,pit depth of radiator tube after simulation inner corrosion test of 350h is very shallow,with good inner corrosion resistance.
