儒家仁学视域下构建和谐警民关系研究

摘　　要：文化是构建和谐警民关系的重要因素。警民关系的和谐建设,应摒弃工具主义色彩和技术路线的偏颇,回归到人与人普遍和谐、警察与民众同源共生的本元上来。在儒家仁学视域下,分析儒家仁学的基本精神对和谐警民关系构建的价值引领作用;探索构建和谐警民关系的新型警民互动模式,深化和谐警民关系理论研究;实现传统文化在构建和谐警民关系中的创造性转化,提供文化层面的实践路径。Culture is an important factor in building a harmonious relationship between the police and the community.The harmonious construction of the relationship between the police and the people should abandon the bias of the instrumentalists and the technologists,and return to the universal harmony among the people,and the shared origin and coexistence of the police and the people.In view of Confucian benevolence,this paper analyzes the guiding value of the basic spirit of Confucian benevolence in the construction of harmonious police relations,explores the new interaction mode to construct harmonious police-people relations,and deepens the theoretical research on the harmonious relationship between the police and people in order to realize the creative transformation of traditional culture in the construction of harmonious police community relationship,and provide the practical path at cultural level.
