摘　　要：研究目的:刻画、解构地方政府住宅用地出让价格跨区域联动系统。研究方法:全局向量自回归(GVAR)模型与网络分析工具。研究结果:(1)地方政府住宅用地出让价格跨区域联动系统呈现出高聚类、短路径的“小世界网络”特性。(2)地方政府住宅用地出让价格跨区域联动网络分为3个板块:板块1为“领导人”角色,板块2为“经纪人”角色,板块3为“谄媚人”角色。(3)地方政府住宅用地出让价格跨区域联动表现出明显的空间异质性。研究结论:应该从跨区域联动视角,深化对地方政府住宅用地出让价格形成机制的认识,有效管控地方政府住宅用地出让价格的跨区域影响。The purpose of the paper is to delineate and decompose the inter-regional interaction system of local government residential land leasing prices.The research methods include global vector autoregressive(GVAR)models and network analysis methods.The results show that:1)the trans-regional interaction system of local government residential land leasing prices presents a“small world”network featured as high clustering and short path.2)The transregional interaction network of local government residential land leasing prices is divided into three sections:sector 1 is the“leadership”role,sector 2 is the“broker”role,and section 3 is the“flatter”role.3)The influence of trans-regional interaction shows obvious spatial heterogeneity.In conclusion,we should deepen the understanding of the formation mechanism regarding the local government residential land leasing prices,and pay attention to and effectively prevent the negative cross-regional effects caused by local government residential land leasing price changes from the perspective of trans-regional interaction.
