摘　　要：本文研究了利用NaOH水解含铬革屑,将得到的多肽液与油酰氯进行肖顿-鲍曼反应合成阴离子表面活性剂,将制得的阴离子表面活性剂分别与Na2CO3、十二烷基硫酸钠、平平加按不同比例进行复配,对猪皮实施脱脂试验,同时,将自制表面活性剂与聚氧乙烯月桂醚、甲酸钠进行复配,判断其对盐干猪皮的浸水效果。由脱脂试验得出:当向占皮重3%的自制表面活性剂中加入4%Na2CO3(以猪皮质量计)进行复配时,其脱脂率可达81.6%;当平平加与自制表面活性剂的加入比为2∶1时,其脱脂率可达91.3%;当十二烷基硫酸钠与自制表面活性剂的加入比为1.5∶1时,其脱脂率可达84.5%。由浸水试验得出,在自制表面活性剂加入量不变的条件下,得到最佳浸水效果的甲酸钠复配比例是4%,聚氧乙烯月桂醚复配比例是2%。In this dissertation,chrome-containing shavings were hydrolyzed with sodium hydroxide.The obtained polypeptide solution was reacted with oleoyl chloride to synthesize anionic surfactant by Schotten-Baumann reaction,and the prepared anionic surfactants were respectively in different proportions with Na2CO3,sodium lauryl sulfate,and perega for pigskin degreasing.At the same time,the self-made surfactant was compounded with polyoxyethylene lauryl ether and sodium formate to judge the soaking effect of dry salt pigskin.From the test:when 4%Na2CO3(measured by pig skin mass)is added to the self-made surfactant with a skin weight of 3%,the degreasing rate can reach 81.6%;when the ratio of the addition of the perega and the self-made surfactant is 2∶1,the degreasing rate can reach 91.3%;when the ratio of SDS to self-made surfactant is 1.5∶1,the degreasing rate can reach 84.5%.According to the soaking test,under the condition that the amount of the self-made surfactant is constant,the ratio of sodium formate to obtain the best soaking effect is 4%,and the ratio of polyoxyethylene lauryl ether is 2%.
