液基超薄细胞检测结合TBS系统检测597例宫颈涂片的效果分析

摘　　要：目的讨论液基超薄细胞检测技术(Thin-Cytologic Test TCT)结合TBS系统(TBS)检测宫颈涂片的临床效果。方法随机选取2018年6—12月期间在该院妇科门诊就诊的597例患者并实施TCT和TBS检测的患者作为该次研究对象,以TCT检查后存在异常的患者进行阴道镜下宫颈取材进行病理学检查。结果597例患者涂片经检查,出现异常的320例涂片中,阴道镜活检234例,活检率为73.12%,TCT与阴道镜病理学检查结果符合率分别为HSIL93.33%,LSIL71.42%,SCC100.00%(χ^2=3.205,P=0.326),两种检测方式相关数据经统计学计算后显示差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论TCT结合TBS系统检测宫颈涂片并配合阴道活检在对子宫颈癌病变前期具有一定的筛查和诊断意义。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Thin-Cytologic Test TCT combined with TBS system(TBS)in detecting cervical smear.Methods A total of 597 patients who underwent TCT and TBS in our gynaecological outpatient clinic from June to December 2018 were enrolled as subjects of this study.Colposcopy was performed in patients with abnormalities after TCT examination lower cervix for pathological examination.Results Of the 597 patients who underwent smear examination,320 of the smears were abnormal,234 were colposcopy biopsies,and the biopsy rate was 73.12%.The coincidence rate of TCT and colposcopy pathology was HSIL93.33%,LSIL71.42%,SCC100.00%(χ^2=3.205,P=0.326),the data of the two detection methods showed no statistical significance of difference after statistical calculation(P>0.05).Conclusion TCT combined with TBS system for detecting cervical smear combined with vaginal biopsy has certain significance for screening and diagnosis in the early stage of cervical cancer.
