N2O镇静联合Carisolv微创去龋对牙科焦虑症儿童的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:观察N2O镇静镇痛联合Carisolv微创去龋法治疗牙科焦虑症儿童龋齿的临床效果。方法:将符合纳入标准的140例患有牙科焦虑症儿童随机分为四组,A组Carisolv系统去龋,使用N 2O辅助镇静;B组传统车针去龋,使用N2O辅助镇静;C组仅用Carisolv系统去龋;D组仅用传统车针去龋。比较各组患儿的治疗完成情况、生理指标、Frank1和Houpt量表分值,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果:A组治疗完成率最好(77.14%),四组治疗组治疗完成率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患儿情绪无明显波动,A组心率变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余三组心率变化均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组依从性和行为学评价最好;四组Frank1和Houpt分值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:N2O镇静镇痛联合Carisolv微创去龋法对患有牙科焦虑症儿童具有较好的接受性,能够提高治疗配合率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of N2 O sedation and analgesia combined with Carisolv minimally invasive removal on dental caries in children with CDA.Method 140 children in line with inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 4 groups.Group A used Carisolv system to remove dental caries with N2 O,Group B used traditional bur to remove caries with N2 O,Group C used Carisolv system,Group D used traditional bur.The treatment completion,physiological indexes,Frank1 and Houpt scales were compared and the results were statistically analyzed.Results The completion rate of group A was the best(77.14%),and there was a significant difference between the four groups(P<0.05).There was no significant fluctuation in mood in group A,and there was no significant difference in heart rate in group A(P>0.05).The heart rate changes of BCD three groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Group A had the best compliance and behavioral assessment,there were significant differences in the scores of Frank1 and Houpt between the four groups(P<0.05).Conclusion N2 O sedation and analgesia com-bined with Carisolv minimally invasive caries removal has better acceptability for children with CDA.It can improve the success rate of treatment.
