摘 要:啤酒的销售物流活动受企业销售模式的制约,文章针对啤酒销售模式的特点,将候选经销商服务的终端客户数量作为考量该设施吸引力的因素,构建了求解啤酒分销商选址的重力P-median模型,并设计了禁忌搜索算法对其进行求解。最后以安庆市某啤酒企业2018年的销售数据为例,优化该区域配送分销商布局,验证了模型的可行性和有效性,具有一定的现实意义。The sales and logistics activities of beer are restricted by the sales model of enterprises.According to the characteristics of the beer sales model,this paper takes the number of terminal clients served by the candidate distributor as a factor to consider the attractiveness of the facility.Building the gravity P-median model to solve the location selection of beer distributors,and designs the tabu search algorithm to solve it.Finally,taking the 2018 sales data of a beer enterprise in Anqing city as an example,the distribution layout of this region is optimized,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the model that has certain practical significance.
