企业家导向对后发企业创新绩效的影响:一个被调节的中介模型

摘　　要：基于知识管理视角,考察企业家导向对后发企业创新绩效的影响机制,探究外部知识获取的中介作用和吸收能力的调节作用。通过对251家后发企业的样本数据进行多元回归分析,结果发现:①创新性、先动性及风险承担性正向影响后发企业创新绩效;②外部知识获取在企业家导向与后发企业创新绩效之间具有中介作用;③吸收能力不仅正向调节外部知识获取与后发企业创新绩效关系,还能提升外部知识获取的中介作用。该研究结论进一步深化了对企业家导向与后发企业创新绩效关系的认识,并对后发企业创新实践具有一定借鉴作用。Based on the perspective of knowledge management,this paper investigates the influence mechanism of entrepreneur orientation on the innovation performance of latecomers.It explores the mediating role of external knowledge acquisition and the regulating role of absorptive capacity.The sample data of 251 latecomers were analyzed by multiple regression.The results show that:①Innovation,initiative and risk taking have positive effects on the innovation performance of Latecomer Firms;②External knowledge acquisition plays an intermediary role between entrepreneur orientation and Latecomer Firms innovation performance;③Absorptive capacity can not only positively adjust the relationship between external knowledge acquisition and Latecomer Firms innovation performance,but also promote the intermediary role of external knowledge acquisition.The research conclusion deepens the understanding of the relationship between the entrepreneurial orientation and the innovation performance of Latecomer Firms enterprises and provides some reference for the innovation practice of latecomers.
