长学制医学生早期科研训练实践教学改革初探——以哈尔滨医科大学2010级七年制临床医学为例

摘　　要：为探索适合哈尔滨医科大学长学制医学生早期科研训培养模式,对哈尔滨医科大学2010级临床医学七年制学生早期科研训实践教学进行改革,探索临床医学七年制学生早期科研训练考评标准,系统制定出适合哈尔滨医科大学临床医学七年制学生早期科研训练可行性实施方案。通过对2010级临床医学七年制学生和指导教师的问卷调查,结果显示,绝大多数学生和指导教师认为,该改革极大地调动了教师及学生的积极性,学生能够更多地掌握基本实验技术,使早期科研训练效果更好。To explore and reform the early scientific research training mode suitable for long-term-system students in Harbin Medical University,we explored the criteria of evaluation,and established systematic and feasible implementing plans.According to a questionnaire survey of the teachers and students of Grade 2010 who major in clinical medicine,most of the teachers and students think that the reform promote their motivation,and students can master more basic experiment skills so as to achieve a better effect in the training.
