摘　　要：《论语》作为儒家经典的杰出代表,是我们民族的文化精神和道德良心,其中蕴含丰富的中华优秀传统思想文化和文化育人基因文化育人基因,在着力诠释儒家经典的基础上,深入挖掘其中的德行文化、君子文化、孝道文化、诚信文化等,与新时代高校思政教育的文化育人紧密结合起来,古为今用、推陈出新。文章挖掘了《论语》中优秀传统文化基因,将其中所蕴含的文化和道德融入新时代大学生思想政治教育中,引导青年学生学习和传承中华优秀传统文化,致敬中华优秀传统文化,坚定青年学生的文化自信,做到以文化人、以德育人,让青年学生从传统经典文化中汲取营养,锻造时代新人,润物细无声般地实现思想政治教育的目的。The Analects of Confucius as the outstanding masterpiece of Confucian classics, is the cultural spirit and moral conscience of our nation. It is rich in traditional thoughts and culture and genes of culture education. This paper tries to interpret Confucian classics, explore the moral culture, gentleman culture, filial piety culture and integrity culture, and innovate culture education in the ideological and political education in universities in the new era. It combines the glorious traditional cultural genes with the moral education of university students, guiding them to learn and respect traditional Chinese culture and be confident in our culture. The culture education and moral education will nurture new students in a seemingly unconscious way.
