摘　　要：目的观察头针及穴位注射配合康复训练治疗精神发育迟滞(MR)的临床疗效。方法采用头针及穴位注射配合康复训练对93例MR患者进行为期3~6个月治疗,运用Peabody精细运动发育量表(PDMS-FM)对治疗前后抓握能力指数(Gr)、视觉感知能力指数(VI)和精细运动发育商(FMQ)进行评估,观察头针及穴位注射配合康复训练对患者精细运动功能的影响。结果治疗后MR患者的Gr、VI及FMQ评分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.01);不同年龄(≤36月龄,37~72月龄)MR患者治疗后Gr、VI及FMQ评分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05,P<0.01);重度MR患者治疗后Gr、VI及FMQ评分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论头针及穴位注射配合康复训练能有效提高MR患者的精细运动功能,病情越重改善越明显。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of scalp acupuncture and acupuncture point injection plus rehabilitation training in treating patients with mental retardation(MR).Method Scalp acupuncture and acupuncture point injection plus rehabilitation training were used to treat 93 MR patients for three to six months.Grasping(Gr),visual-motor integration(VI)and fine motor quotient(FMQ)were assessed using the Peabody developmental motor scale-fine motor(PDMS-FM)before and after treatment to observe the effect of scalp acupuncture and acupuncture point injection plus rehabilitation training on fine motor skills in the patients.Result Gr,VI and FMQ scores increased in the MR patients after treatment compared with before(P<0.01).Gr,VI and FMQ scores increased in the MR patients of different ages(≤36 months and 37-72 months)after treatment compared with before(P<0.05,P<0.01).Gr,VI and FMQ scores increased in the severe MR patients after treatment compared with before(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Scalp acupuncture and acupuncture point injection plus rehabilitation training can effectively improve fine motor skills in patients with mental retardation.The more severe the condition,the more marked the improvement.
