摘 要:本文从酒店组织内部出发,探究酒店员工在组织内部业务过程中因情绪枯竭对职务满意度和离职意图的影响,以及社会支援变量的调节效果。以问卷调查的方式进行研究,并建立结构方程模型,运用SPSS22.0和AMOS22.0进行数据分析。分析得出,员工情绪枯竭对职务满意度具有负面影响,职务满意度与离职意图呈显著负向影响关系,社会支援的调节效果明显。Starting from the inside of the hotel organization,this paper explores the impact of emotional exhaustion on job satisfaction and turnover intention of hotel employees in the internal business process,and the adjustment effect of social support variables.A questionnaire survey was conducted and a structural equation model was established.SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 were used for data analysis.It is concluded that employee emotional exhaustion has a negative impact on job satisfaction,job satisfaction and turnover intention have a significant negative impact,and social support has a significant regulatory effect.
