摘　　要：开放基金的设立对国家重点实验室开展学科基础研究和高层人才的培养起到了积极促进作用。但是开放基金的管理中还存在着很多的问题。主要阐述了植物病虫害生物学国家重点实验室开放基金的管理原则、成效,同时深入分析了管理中存在的问题。从而说明必须对开放基金申报、评审和结题等各个环节进行严格规范的管理,才能真正达到开放基金设立的目的。Open research fund has played an active role in promoting the development of basic research and the cultivation of high-level talents in the state key laboratory.However,there are still many problems in the management of the open research fund.This paper mainly expounds the management principles and results of the open research fund of state key laboratory for biology of plant diseases and insect pests,and deeply analyzes the problems in the management.it is necessary to carry out strict and standardized management of the application,review and conclusion of open research fund,so as to truly achieve the goal of the establishment of open research fund.
