摘  要:以枯草芽孢杆菌A-06为出发菌株,利用ARTP-亚硝基胍(NTG)复合诱变方法对该菌株进行遗传改造。经过平板初筛,摇瓶复筛,最终筛选出一株酶活提高明显、遗传稳定的菌株N-36。其摇瓶发酵酶活达29 500 U/mL,较出发菌株酶活提高90%左右。The original strain of Bacillus subtilis A-06 was modified in genetic characteristics by ARTP-NTG compound mutagenesis.One high neutral protease-yielding strain N-36 was screened from the mutants by slab screening and shake flask rescreening,which the enzyme activity increased obviously and had good genetic stability.The enzyme activity of the shake flask-fermentation reached 29 500 U/mL,which was 90%higher than that of the original strain.
