摘　　要：目的检测人体乳腺癌组织及其腋窝淋巴结中PD L1蛋白的表达,进而探讨其在乳腺癌及其淋巴结中的表达情况与患者临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化染色法检测乳腺癌及其淋巴结中PD L1的表达。用统计软件分析其在乳腺癌及其淋巴结中的表达率与乳癌患者临床病理参数之间的关系。结果76例乳腺癌组织中癌细胞的细胞膜、细胞质及淋巴结转移灶中检测到PD L1的阳性表达,其中原发灶表达阳性率为25.0%,淋巴结转移灶表达阳性率21.4%。乳癌原发灶PD L1蛋白表达阳性率与患者淋巴结转移、TNM分期、ER及Her2的表达有关(P<0.05)。结论PD L1阳性表达的乳癌患者易发生淋巴结转移,预后较差,可作为评价乳癌患者预后的指标之一。Objective To detect the expression of PD L1 in human breast carcinoma and its lymph nodes,and thus explore the relationship between their expression and clinicopathological features.Methods Im munohistochemical staining method was used to detect the expression of PD L1 protein in breast cancer and its lymph nodes.The relationship between the PD L1 protein expression rates and clinicopathological parameters was analysed by statistical package.Results Different levels of expression of PD L1 were detected on membrane of breast cancer cells,part of the cytoplasm.The positive expression rate of PD L1 was 25.0%in primary lesion and 21.4%in lymph node metastasis.PD L1 expression in breast cancer was correlated with lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and the expression of ER and Her 2(P<0.05).Conclusion Breast cancer patients with PD L1 posi tive expression are prone to have lymph node metastasis and have poor prognosis.PD L1 can be used as one of the prognostic indicators for breast cancer patients.
