摘　　要：目的:探析Er:YAG激光辅助超声治疗仪治疗牙周炎的临床疗效。方法:以某院于2018年1月~2019年2月收治的60例牙周炎患者为主要对象,随机将其分为两组各30例,对照组行超声治疗仪治疗,观察组采用Er:YAG激光辅助超声治疗仪治疗,比较治疗效果。结果:观察组的疼痛评分小于对照组,牙周袋探诊深度、附着水平、探针出血指数均小于对照组,有显著差异。结论:Er:YAG激光辅助超声治疗仪治疗牙周炎的疗效显著,可缓解疼痛程度,值得推广。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Er:YAG laser-assisted ultrasound therapy in the treatment of periodontitis.Methods:60 patients with periodontitis admitted to a hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients/group.The control group was treated with ultrasound therapy device.The observation group was treated with Er:YAG laser-assisted ultrasound therapy device,compared the therapeutic effects.Results:The pain score of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group.The depth of probing,the attachment level and the probe bleeding index of the periodontal pocket were smaller than those of the control group,and there were significant differences.Conclusion:Er:YAG laser-assisted ultrasound therapy is effective in the treatment of periodontitis,which can alleviate the degree of pain and is worthy of promotion.
