机用ProTaper镍钛合金和不锈钢K锉预备磨牙根管的优劣差异

摘　　要：目的:观察比较机用ProTaper镍钛合金和不锈钢K锉预备磨牙根管的临床疗效。方法:将某院2017年5月~2018年5月间收治的根尖周炎或牙髓炎患者50例按照随机数表法分为A(ProTaper镍钛合金组)、B(不锈钢K锉组)两组,各25例。A组患者患牙采用机用ProTaper镍钛合金预备磨牙根管,B组患者患牙采用不锈钢K锉预备磨牙根管,术后分析比较两组患者的预备时间、疼痛程度及填充效果。结果:A组的预备时间为(6.31±1.20)min,B组的预备时间(11.87±2.15)min,A组时间短于B组(P<0.05);A组的疼痛程度明显小于B组(P<0.05);A组的填充适宜人数明显多于B组,欠填、超填人数明显少于B组(P<0.05)。结论:相对于传统的不锈钢K锉,机用ProTaper镍钛合金预备磨牙根管具有疼痛程度小、填充良好、用时少等优点,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective:To observe and compare the clinical effects of plant using ProTaper nickel titanium alloy and stainless steel K file in preparing molar root canal.Methods:A total of 50 patients with periapical periodontitis or pulpitis treated in a hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were divided into group A(ProTaper Nitinol group)and group B(stainless steel K file group)according to the random number table method,with 25 cases each.The teeth of group A were prepared with ProTaper nickel-titanium alloy.The teeth of group B were prepared with stainless steel K-file.The preparation time,pain degree and filling effect of the two groups were compared after operation.Results:The preparation time of group A was(6.31±1.20)minutes,group B was(11.87±2.15)minutes,and group A was shorter than group B(P<0.05);The degree of pain in group A was significantly less than that in group B(P<0.05);The appropriate number of fillers in group A was significantly more than that in group B,and the number of less filled and over filled was significantly less than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional stainless steel K-file,the plant using ProTaper nickel-titanium alloy for root canal preparation of molars has the advantages of less pain, good filling and less use time. It is worthy of clinical application.
