低分子右旋糖苷治疗脑部微循环治疗急性期出血性脑血管病的治愈率、有效率及对GCS评分的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨低分子右旋糖苷治疗脑部微循环治疗急性期出血性脑血管病的治愈率、有效率及对GCS评分的影响。方法:随机抽取2014年1月~2017年10月某院收治的急性期出血性脑血管病患者86作为研究对象,利用简单随机法划分为对照组和观察组,每组患者43例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予低分子右旋糖苷治疗,观察对比两组患者治愈率、有效率和GCS评分。结果:观察组患者治愈率、有效率分别为39.54%、93.02%,均高于对照组18.60%、76.74%,P<0.05;两组患者治疗前GCS评分组间比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,治疗6个月后上述评分明显提升,且观察组高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在急性期出血性脑血管病治疗中,低分子右旋糖苷治疗效果理想,可有效改善脑部微循环,促进患者病情恢复,推荐广泛推广。Objective: To investigate the effect of low molecular dextran on the curative rate, effective rate and GCS score of acute hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease treated by cerebral microcirculation. Methods: 86 patients with acute hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease admitted to a hospital from January 2014 to October 2017 were randomly selected as the research object, and were divided into control group and observation group by simple random method. Each group had 43 patients. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was given low molecular dextran treatment on this basis. The cure rate, effective rate and GCS score of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: The curative rate and effective rate of the patients in the observation group were 39.54% and 93.02% respectively, both of which were higher than those in the control group with 18.60% and 76.74%(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in GCS evaluation between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05), and the above scores were significantly improved after 6 months of treatment(P<0.05), and the observation group was higher than the control group. Conclusion: In the treatment of acute hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease, the treatment effect of low molecular dextran is ideal, which can effectively improve the brain microcirculation and promote the recovery of patients’ disease, recommend wide promotion.
