摘  要:目的:探讨《生物化学与分子生物学》课程的教学改革模式。方法:以16级生物医学工程专业的3个班学生为研究对象,实验一组采用基于MOOC的翻转课堂教学模式,实验二组采用以课堂讲授为主的基于MOOC的线上线下混合式教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。通过对3组学生考核成绩进行比较分析,探究3组教学效果及在培养学生综合素质方面所起的作用。结果:实验二组平均成绩高于实验一组、对照组(P<0.05),问卷调查显示多数学生满意实验二组教学法。结论:基于MOOC的线上线下混合式教学模式,可以有效提升教学效果。Objective: To explore the teaching reform mode of biochemistry and molecular biology course. Methods: Three classes of biology medical engineering students in 2016 grade were selected as the research object, experimental group 1 was adopted the flipped classroom teaching model based on MOOC, experimental group 2 adopted classroom teaching based on MOOC online and offline mixed teaching mode, the control group adopted the classroom teaching mode. Through the comparative analysis of three groups of students’ assessment results, the teaching effect of three groups and the role of cultivating students’ comprehensive quality were explored. Results: The average score of experimental group 2 was higher than that of experimental group 1 and control group(P<0.05), and the questionnaire survey showed that most students were satisfied with the experimental group 2 teaching method. Conclusion: The combination of online and offline teaching mode based on MOOC can fully improve the teaching effect.
