摘  要:提出一种面接触式磁流变抛光新方法并设计以西门子PLC和STM8S105单片机为核心的磁流变抛光设备智能控制系统,其中PLC实现对抛光速度、抛光间隙和抛光时间的控制;STM8S105单片机实现对磁极恒流控制。文中介绍了磁极控制系统的软硬件设计,并给出了实验的测试结果。曲线表明磁极电流可以快速稳定地达到设定值。通过对两款316L材质的金属粉末注射成型冷饮机配件进行抛光实验,验证系统的抛光效果,经过抛光后316L冷饮机配件的表面粗糙度都有明显下降,说明所研究的磁流变抛光机对于粉末冶金制品表面粗糙度具有较高的去除率。A new method of surface contact magnetorheological finishing is proposed and the intelligent control system of magnetorheological finishing equipment is designed with Siemens PLC and STM8S105 single chip as the core.PLC realizes the control of finishing speed,finishing gap and finishing time.STM8S105 single chip realizes constant current control of the magnetic pole.The software and hardware design of the magnetic pole control system is introduced,and the experimental test results are given.The curves show that the magnetic pole current can reach the set value quickly and steadily.Through the polishing experiment of two 316L metal powder injection molding cold drink machine parts,the polishing effect of the system is verified.After polishing,the surface roughness of 316L cold drink machine parts is significantly reduced.It is shown that this magnetorheological finishing machine has the high removed rate for the surface ronghness of powder metallurgy products.
