摘　　要："实施乡村振兴战略"是党的十九大对"三农"工作作出的重大决策部署。培育新型职业农民、加强农村专业人才队伍建设、发挥科技人才支撑作用是乡村振兴人才支撑的重要组成部分。杭州科技职业技术学院通过共建"乡村振兴学院",充分发挥市属高校专业紧密度、人才契合度和工作密切度的办学优势,通过人才培养、政策研究、示范建设"三位一体"开展全方面服务工作,打造乡村振兴"现代版富春山居图"的最美示范区。" Implementing the strategy of rural revitalization " is an important decision-making arrangement made by the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party on the work of " agriculture, countryside and farmers ". Cultivating new type of professional farmers, strengthening the construction of rural professionals and giving full play to the supporting role of scientific and technological talents are important components of the support of rural rejuvenation of talents. Hangzhou Polytechnic College through the co-construction of " Rural Revitalization College ", give full play to the advantages of city-affiliated colleges and universities in terms of professional tightness, talent compatibility and work tightness, and carry out all-round service work through the " trinity " of talent training, policy research and demonstration construction, so as to build the most beautiful demonstration area of " modern version of Fuchunshanjutu " for rural revitalization.
