二氯化89锶联合局部放疗治疗多发性骨转移癌的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨在二氯化^89锶(^89SrCl2)联合局部放疗治疗多发性骨转移癌的疗效。方法将2014年9月至2018年8月我院收治的进行^89SrCl2联合局部放疗的82例多发性骨转移癌患者作为研究对象(联合组),将2010年9月至2014年8月我院收治的进行单纯^89SrCl2治疗的50例多发性骨转移癌患者作为对照(单纯组),对比两组治疗效果。结果联合组骨转移病灶疗效优于单纯组;治疗后,两组骨转移病灶数量均减少,疼痛程度减轻,且联合组转移优于单纯组;联合组治疗后生存质量高于单纯组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论^89SrCl2联合局部放疗对多发性骨转移癌的治疗效果较好,可明显改善患者临床症状。Objective To explore the curative effect of 2 strontium chloride(^89SrCl2)combined with local radiotherapy in the treatment of multiple bone metastasis cancer.Methods During the period between September 2014 and August 2018,82 patients with multiple bone metastases cancer were admitted to our hospital and given^89SrCl2 combined with local radiotherapy(combination group).Another 50 patients with multiple bone metastases cancer undergoing^89SrCl2 alone were enrolled as controls(simple group).The cura tive effect was compared between the two groups.Results The curative effect of bone metastases lesions in the combination group was better than that in the simple group(P<0.05).After treatment,number of bone metastases lesions in both groups was decreased(P<0.05).The number of metastatic lesions in the combination group was less than that in the simple group(P<0.05).After treatment,pain degree in both groups was reduced(P<0.05).The pain degree in the combination group was milder than that in the simple group(P<0.05).After treatment,quality of life in the combination group was higher than that in the simple group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of^89SrCl2 combined with local radiotherapy is better in the treatment of multiple bone metastases cancer,which can significantly improve clinical symptoms of patients.
