白色白内障晶状体超声乳化手术治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探究白色白内障晶状体超声乳化手术的临床应用效果。方法对2016年1月-2018年12月于本院开展白色白内障晶状体超声乳化术患者86例(98眼)临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察手术效果及术后并发症发生情况。结果86例(98眼)患者均顺利完成手术,术后视力改善明显。术后1月、3月复查发现最佳矫正视力≥0.6的患者分别为94眼(95.92%)、94眼(95.92%);平均眼压分别为(16.4±1.3)mmHg、(16.6±1.2)mmHg,与术后1 d眼压比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);复查时调查无严重并发症发生。结论白色白内障晶状体超声乳化手术效果稳定,能显著改善患者视力,术后并发症少,眼压稳定。Objective To investigate the clinical e ffect of phacoemulsi fication for white cataract surgery.Methods The clinical data of 86 patients(98 eyes)who underwent phacoemulsification for white cataract in the hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed,and the surgical results and postoperative complications were observed.Results All the 86 patients(98 eyes)were completed the operation successfully,and their visual acuity improved obviously.The best corrected visual acuity no less than 0.6 was found in 94 eyes(95.92%)and 94 eyes(95.92%)after 1 month and 3 months.The mean intraocular pressure was(16.4±1.3)mmHg and(16.6±1.2)mmHg,respectively,and the difference compared with intraocular pressure after 1 d was statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious complications was occurred during the reexamination.Conclusion Phacoemulsification of white cataract lens surgery has a stable effect,it can improve the visual acuity,reduce postoperative complications and stabilize intraocular pressure.
